To open a new account you will need to provide two forms of identification, one being a picture ID, and proof of your physical address or proof of residence (a phone or electricity bill, signed lease, etc.). We suggest calling the bank ahead of time to make sure you know what is required to open an account. Typical banking hours in St. Croix are Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm, and Friday 9 am to 5 pm. This may vary depending on the bank or branch. Most banks offer online services for banking after hours. Banks are closed all Federal holidays and some local holidays including Carnival and Three King’s Day.
