I try not to make this a grip board; there are just too many GOOD things going on.  But I got my fair share of both recently, and I thought it would make you laugh.  Besides, you’re probably stuck in the cold somewhere.

The Good:  The sweet Food Town checker who recognized the fact that I was carrying an over-tired 2 year old in my arms while wearing a tube top.  Not a good combo; I am sure the patrons of Food Town were not looking for a peep show when they went in to get milk.  She saw I had my hands full, asked me what I needed, directed one of the baggers to get it and take it to my car.  That is service!

The Bad:  45 minutes Monday morning in the post office to purchase a generic roll of 42 cent American Flag stamps.  Not baby Jesus, not Purple Heart, not Kwanza, not whatever; just regular ol’ generic stamps.  You’d think I’d ask for gold plated stamps.

Ok, really, what do I have to complain about? http://www.gotostcroix.com/live/beachcam.php
