Blue Water Terrace is open for business! This all-inclusive restaurant in Cotton Valley provides a delicious destination and one stop shopping for everyone. Lori and Pauli have pulled out all the stops and have poured themselves into this project, so we are really excited to see it come together.
You may already be familiar with Lori from her time at the 19th Hole Restaurant at Carambola Golf Club, and at the deli at the Beeston Hill Fitness and Rehab Center, in addition to her catering around the island and other restaurants she has been involved in. She’s known island-wide for her classic comfort food with a modern twist and huge portions and she’s bringing that same treatment to her very own new restaurant in Cotton Valley.
And what a selection they have! Blue Water Terrace offers a deli with sandwiches and salads, a bar with a creative happy hour menu and drink specials, lots of interesting dinner options and steak and seafood with all the fixings. That’s not all! Brunch with eggs, waffles, stuffed French toast and omelets will be served from 9am to 3pm every day, and there is also a coffee bar with specialty coffee drinks and shakes, homemade ice cream, gourmet pizzas and Lori’s famous fried chicken. There’s also a market with fresh produce, imported gourmet foods, wine, beer, and fresh and frozen takeout items. Anything you need for a picnic on the beach, trip to Buck Island, cozy night in, or a fun night out is right there at Blue Water Terrace. They are also offering catering and picnic baskets to-go for special orders. Call them up to place your order and Lori and Pauli will help you create the perfect meal for your special event.
I’ve heard great things about the food so far and they have been packed every night during their soft opening! Reading this makes us even more hungry to come back to St Croix. We really enjoyed the goodies at the 19th Hole deli when we stayed at the EastWinds Villa up the hill. In the aftermath of Hurricane Omar we had no power for the 5 remaining days of our vacation and they were so kind to let us re-charge our cell phones so we could call back home. Missed the deli being there last October but really happy to know we have a new place to enjoy when we return. Good Luck!!

We arrive in St. Croix monday july 27th, tuesday we were told about Blue Water Terrace. We went for a little lunch shopping – great – later today we went and had a great dinner, red snapper, prepared very well. Excellent service. We will let our snowbirds friends know about this place – (we usually spend a few months here in winter and spend the summer in Denmark). Good luck. We will come back!!! (have already made reservation for the grand opening)

Thanksgiving dinner was extraordinary! We were a table of four and so enjoyed our own roasted turkey with all the trimmings and pie for desert. All home made and service was excellent. Bravo Blue Water and thank you!
My daughter had her rehearsal dinner at your place and I couldn’t have been more impressed. It was so nice to sit outside in the balmy night air. The buffet that was offered with your famous ” chicken ” was scrumptuous. I absolutely loved the vegetable casserole – I ate that first actually !! My whole experience at your establishment was fun and satisfying — love the specialty store too – what a great idea to offer your customers with the special beers etc. Thank you so much Lori
This was our favorite restaurant on St. Croix. We visited three times in the week we were there! Great variety. Everything we ordered was delicious.
