Sunshine Foundation is dedicated to ending pet overpopulation on St Croix by providing basic, high-volume/low-cost spay and neuter services to people and pets in need. Sunshine Foundation is a 501C3 non-profit organization that opened the doors to the sugar mill headquarters on February 24, 2009 in celebration of Spay Day USA.
