Pelican Cove

Pelican Cove Beach, also known as Cormorant Beach, is located on the North Shore of St. Croix, only a short drive from Christiansted. Home to two hotels and a condominium complex, Pelican Cove’s long stretch of sandy beach dotted with swaying palm trees has something to offer for everyone. Parts of Pelican Cove Beach may be rocky, but there are areas conducive to swimming, just be aware as there can be strong current in this area. There is a stretch of reef just off the beach that is great for snorkeling. The towering palms lining the beach provide great natural shade, should you want to escape from the sun.

Location: North Shore

Directions

From Christiansted, turn right at the light onto Northside Road / Route 75 and pass Pueblo supermarket. At the next light (Five Corners) make a slight left turn to stay on Northside Road. After about 1 mile, turn right at Gas City (look for the red gas station sign). Follow the signs for The Palms at Pelican Cove.
