The Sugar Mill

The site for The Buccaneer's weekly Manager's Cocktail party, this historic structure is a unique location for corporate groups and wedding ceremonies. The inside of the Mill can accommodate 12 for a special dining experience. Adjacent to the Great House, its spacious lawn offers sweeping views of the sea.

The Mermaid

A favorite for welcome cocktails and casual incentive trip dinners, this covered and open-air beachfront area can accommodate 125 guests.

Beauregard's on the Beach

New in 2018, this beachfront venue is perfect for an intimate cocktail reception or beachfront grill night.

The Brass Parrot Reception Room

With stunning views of Christiansted, this enclosed, air-conditioned room is a favorite for meetings and awards banquets. Located in the Great House, its capacity is 90 theatre-style and 80 for banquets. The adjacent Brass Parrot Balcony seats 70 for banquets and doubles as a break-out area.

Private Sugar Mill Dinner

Long a popular venue for weddings and the site of a romantic one-on-one dinner on 'The Bachelor', the landmark Sugar Mill at The Buccaneer is available exclusively for private dinners. At once dramatic and cozy, the Sugar Mill's ancient limestone and slate walls encircle while letting in the twinkling night sky above. (Maximum 12 persons)
