The open floor plan is at the heart of Vincy Villa as the uninterrupted interior seamlessly connects the sweeping front patio to private rear pool deck. Four breezy bedrooms and two spacious Jack and Jill style bathrooms provide ample space for accommodating groups of varying sizes up to 8 guests.

This house is in great location. It is up on a mountain with a scary drive that you get used to after a few days. Views are stunning and house has most of what you will need. TV is great but I recommend owners add cable. Games in house are fun. Amenities good. There are no bathtubs and we brought infant but otherwise it had most of what we needed. Close to town and stores (including nice but pricey market), and very nice restaurants including Blue Water Terrace and the Galleon seafood and steak restaurant buccaneers beach on the buccaneer resort Was very nice place to rent chairs and get drinks on the beach. Southern Shore Road was a great drive to see a different side of the island which we used often due to POTUS staying within a mile of this house. Kyle is a great concierge and helped us often when we found ourselves in need.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five and our week of adventures of diving and beaches. The house was clean and spacious with all the little things that made our stay better. The owner provided beach towels, washer and drier, drinking water, lots of kitchen condiments, plus all the cooking and grilling supplies. The 80" TV made watching our dive videos a fantastic experience. Great internet and cell service at the house! AC in the bedrooms makes sleeping that much better. Beautiful views from the top of a large hill overlooking the water. Great location for Christiansted access (15 to 20 minute drive), yet Frederiksted pier and beaches are only 45 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby with a great grocery store 10 minutes away. The owner was a fantastic communicator and check-in/check-out was super easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kyle was an excellent host and I will be forever grateful for the experience we had in his home. The home provides great privacy which allowed me to experience a level of peace I had not had before. There was an emergency and he provided assistance immediately. I would recommend this home; however, I do think more signs should be posted around the house to help guests.
Kyle's personality and hospitality made up for my fear of heights and is the reason why this house deserves more than five stars.
