Interior
Each bedroom at Prosperity Point features a private bathroom, a king or queen size bed and television with Dish Network. The home features a newly remodeled kitchen with commercial grade appliances, and directly off of the kitchen is a 12 person dining table and open seating area. A den on the main floor allows guests a secluded place to watch movies on a 50” flatscreen. The entire living area is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix access. While the house has dozens of windows to allow the fresh island breeze through, each room has a separately controlled air conditioner to guarantee a comfortable stay.
Exterior
There are two decks overlooking what many consider to be one of the best views on the island, with plenty of outdoor seating areas. The third deck offers a pool and multiple sunbathing chairs. On the pool deck guests can find a pool room fully equipped with beach and pool equipment from towels and beach chairs to boogie boards and snorkel gear.

On a hilltop above the Carambola Beach Resort, on the North Shore of St. Croix, Prosperity Point overlooks lush rain forest and the beautiful Caribbean Sea at Davis Bay. While Prosperity Point feels secluded, just a seven minute drive will take you to Cane Bay - known for world class scuba diving, a great stretch of sandy beach, and home to several bars and restaurants.
Just a few minutes drive down the hill from Prosperity Point is Carambola Beach Resort at Davis Bay. From there, you can hike to the beautiful Annaly By tide pools, spend the day at the beach, snorkel, or visit the onsite dive shop to dive Davis Bay.
The villa is also centrally located between St. Croix's two historic towns, Frederiksted and Christiansted. These 'twin cities' offer dining, shopping, tours, historic attractions, diving, watersports and more.
