Terms and Conditions for Advertising with GoToStCroix.com  

The following constitute Terms and Conditions involved in submitting and paying for advertising space published on web pages hosted at GoToStCroix.com (GOTO), a wholly owned branch of Media Mate, Inc, (MM) located in Christiansted, St Croix.

Advertising will be accepted, and, as it becomes available, premium advertising space will be released, on a first-come, first-serve basis. ADVERTISER will pay MM for advertising according to the payment terms as listed on the contract. Advertising of accounts in default may be removed from the website and may be subject to a 5% monthly service fee for each month that charges remain unpaid and may or may not be eligible for replacement at the discretion of MM. ADVERTISER payments will be credited to the oldest outstanding balance first.

Payments for advertising are to be made by credit card as noted on the subscription, unless other arrangements have been made with MM. Checks are to be made payable to GoToStCroix.com (or Media Mate, Inc.), and mailed to: PO Box 224466, Christiansted, VI 00822.

MM and GOTO reserve the right to review website(s) owned by ADVERTISER, or linked to by ADVERTISER, at any time, before or after ad placement, to determine whether they are deemed appropriate. MM reserves the right to reject advertising that is deemed inappropriate, competitive, or contrary to their best interests.

ADVERTISER warrants and represents to MM his legal property and copyright of all materials submitted. ADVERTISER shall indemnify MM and hold harmless MM against any claims or legal expense arising from ADVERTISER’S ad.

MM is not liable for delays in delivery of advertising if delays are beyond the controls of MM. Contents of all advertisements are subject to the approval of MM. MM reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time without cause. MM reserves the right to insert the word “advertisement” or "sponsored" above or below any copy/ad.

MM and GOTO reserve the right to change, amend or eliminate advertising policies with 30 (thirty) days advance notice. Submitting an advertisement for publication or distribution represents agreement by ADVERTISER to abide by the above policies of MM.

ADVERTISERS who wish to cancel their advertising during their annual contract must give thirty (30) days written notice via email or mail. Cancellation confirmations will be confirmed by MM. No refunds or credits are given for canceled ads that have been paid. If payment terms apply, balance must be paid in full to acknowledge cancellation of any further charges or penalties. ADVERTISER must be in good standing with no current or past due balance before contract will be cancelled by MM.

Renewal invoices are sent within thirty (30) days of contract expiration date, and contract automatically renews unless cancelled. Notice of cancellation is required thirty (30) days in advance.
