The evening will include 6 plated courses of farm fresh food, grown, harvested, and prepared with intention and love! Chef Andrew Thaldorf will be crafting original dishes of farm-fresh dishes with our huge zucchini crop, bell peppers, falling mangoes, swollen jackfruits, crispy cucumbers, greens, herbs, fruits of the season, and other special selections from fellow farms across the island. Your donation will support the VI Farm to School program, which has begun its service to youths on St. Croix with delivery of fresh local food seasonings!

The evening will also feature a live fire dancing performance from our friends Coral Fire!

BYOB! Coolers welcomed, no corking fees. Tour at 6:15 & Dinner at 7. Experience six local courses and farmer presentations!
