Strand on Fire Hot Sauce Competition

Things are heating up in Christiansted on Saturday March 11 as the annual hot sauce competition “Strand on Fire” returns. Pay $5 to attend and you’ll be able to sample hot sauces from all of the entries in the contest (and vote for people’s choice favorite). Judges will base their scores on 5 APPEARANCE, AROMA, FLAVOR, TEXTURE, USE OF HEAT. Many will have some of their hot sauces available for sale.
