Turner Hole beach is located in front of the Divi Carina Bay Resort and Casino. Since this a resort property, there is a bar, restaurant, pool, dock, tennis court, and even a casino on the premises. The beach itself has a beach shack that offers full amenities for guests! Take a kayak or sunfish out, go windsurfing, or rent snorkeling gear. Lessons are available for all these water activities. There are beach chairs to lounge on, a few hammocks swaying between the palm trees, and plenty of shade. There is also plenty of parking available.
DETAILS
While much of this beach is taken up with Divi Carina Bay Resort, Turner Hole is also located within the St. Croix East End Marine Park.
During certain times of the year, the island and Turner Hole Beach experience large amounts of seaweed, which is unavoidable. The resort staff regularly clean the beach, but the beach cannot be cleaned during turtle nesting season.
