Welcome to St. Croix!

Here on St. Croix, the largest of the US Virgin Islands, we were fortunate to have been spared Hurricane Irma’s fury. Hurricane Maria, however, was a different story. Much of the island was impacted by the devastating Category 5 storm that struck in the early hours of September 20, 2017. The good news is that the island community, along with our government, federal workers, and volunteers are already working to rebuild our piece of “America’s Paradise”. Don’t count out St. Croix, we are a resilient and resourceful island!

For the first responders and aid workers staying here on St. Croix, as well as anyone planning a trip, here on GoToStCroix.com you will find helpful tips and information including links to hotels and vacation homes, airlines, car rentals, restaurants, activities, natural and historic attractions and parks. Since Hurricane Maria, the airport and sea ports have reopened, as have many businesses, restaurants, accommodations, and attractions. So, plan a trip to come and see us next year! Remember that by visiting St. Croix, your tourism dollars will continue to support the recovery and rebuilding of the US Virgin Islands. It brings revenue, tax dollars, jobs, benefits, education, and purpose to the people of the USVI at a time when the support is needed most.
