Independence Day Fireworks
Are you lucky enough to be on St. Croix this July 4th? If so, plan to spend the day in Freedom City (that’s Frederiksted) where there are always activities planned. Head out to the waterfront in Frederiksted and July 4th and you’ll often find free live music performances, and a fireworks display from Frederiksted Pier hosted by the Frederiksted Economic Development Association (FEDA). Music and street vendors typically start at 3pm with the fireworks display starting at 8pm.
If you’re out east, Tamarind Reef Resort has also put on quite a fireworks display in recent years. The fireworks are preceded by a huge all-day beach party with live music, BBQ vendors, and more.
