Serenade on Strand Street is a vibrant annual celebration in St. Croix, hosted by Crucian Gold to kick off the holiday season. Held at the end of November, this lively event transforms the historic Strand Street into a cultural showcase filled with music, dance, and community spirit.

HIGHLIGHTS

Attendees are treated to the soulful sounds of Ten Sleepless Knights, whose quelbe rhythms echo the island’s traditions. The Guardians of Culture Moko Jumbies and traditional Caribbean Dancers bring vibrant energy with their dazzling performances. A bustling holiday market extras local artisans selling handmade jewelry, crafts, and festive treats like Coquito.

Families enjoy face painting, storytelling, and interactive activities, while a portion of proceeds supports youth scholarships—making the event not just joyful, but meaningful. Serenade on Strand Street is more than a celebration; it’s a heartfelt tribute to Crucian culture and the power of community.
