Umami Sushi STX serves fresh, quality sushi with a focus on the freshest ingredients available each day, including locally caught fish and farm-fresh produce, Umami offers traditional favorites alongside creative rolls and flavor combinations.
Choose from sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, poke bowls and appetizers, or ask about the daily lunch combo. Sushi is available for dine-in at the bar or patio, or for quick pickup. Online ordering and catering are also available, with delivery through Boomerang Eats.
