Life in the Left Lane

Here on St. Croix, we drive on the left. Don’t worry, you’ll quickly get used to it. Just remember this good driving advice:

• Drivers should “Keep their Left Shoulder to the Left Shoulder of the Road”.
• When approaching an intersection, Look Left for the Stop Sign, not right.
• Some intersections are poorly marked, approach all intersections looking both ways.
• Our island roads vary from newly paved, to pot-holed, to gravel. Drive carefully and slowly…and enjoy the view!
• Keep back. Crucians routinely stop to let people and animals cross the road, and to let cars out of side streets and driveways. They’ll politely tap their horn to advise or thank you.

Here at Judi of Croix, we are so excited to expand our Cruzan Cares Initiative from our vacation rentals to Judi Of Croix Car Rentals. We could never believe how much food and beverages were left behind when guests left our villas.  Now we’re letting every customer that rents a vehicle from us know that when you head home from your St. Croix vacation you can leave all your non-perishables goods in your Judi of Croix rental car when you depart.  We will gather all the donations left in our rental vehicles and donate them every month to a local charity.
