Chris and Christie Powers, The Powers Behind Real Estate. After living in Oregon for 20 years, we decided to move to a place with a warmer climate. Chance brought us to St. Croix in 2002. We were immediately struck by its beauty! Besides the amazing Caribbean Sea, days of bright sunny skies, and gorgeous tropical plants, it was the wonderful, warm, diverse, and friendly people of St. Croix who won our hearts. We love living here!
