Friends of St. Croix East End Marine Park (STXEEMP) is a nonprofit organization that supports the programs and mission of STXEEMP by promoting responsible recreation, enhancing community outreach and education, and improving compliance or regulations within the STXEEMP. Our volunteers help STXEEMP by: monitoring turtle nesting activities on several East End beaches; creating a bayside signage campaign to increase awareness of STXEEMP’s protected area status and regulations; and, supporting an ‘Eyes on the Reef’ network to help the STXEEMP management better understand legal and illegal fishing activities within the park.
