Nothing seems to revitalize the mind, body, and soul like a trip to the spa. How you choose to spend your ‘spa day’ is a very personal decision. Like many, my first choice is always a massage. I tend to go for deep massages that really work out the knots, as well as pedicures for my beach-weary feet, or facials that will detox my skin and leave it feeling clean and soft. You can always add aromatherapy or hot stones to a massage to really awaken your senses, and add to the depth of your relaxation. Looking for softer skin? Try a body scrub, wrap or polish. Believe it or not, I know some people who do not like massages or full body treatments, in that case you can still indulge in a facial, manicure, pedicure, waxing, lash extensions or some time in the sauna. The possibilities are endless!

However you choose to spend your time at the spa, take advantage of that time to truly focus on yourself and your body’s needs. It is important for everyone to take care of themselves, which includes your body and soul. Relax, refresh, and leave feeling rejuvenated. You deserve it!
