The Courtyard is the spot for all your fitness class needs! The Courtyard is a fitness studio and juice bar conveniently located in the heart of downtown Christiansted, directly across the street from the Government House. Enjoy a variety of classes including yoga, floor barre, ELDOA, and more in our open-air studio located above the beautiful palm tree covered courtyard. Classes are offered six days a week, residents and visitors alike are welcome. Prepaid class packages and drop-in rates are available, credit cards are accepted. After class, enjoy a smoothie, juice or glass of wine from the Juice Bar located conveniently in the courtyard. Check below for a current class schedule!
