Sweet Bottom Dive Center is located right on the resort property for your convenience! Looking for some adventure or activities nearby? Start with a hike to the Annaly Bay Tide Pools! The trail head is located at the entrance to the Carambola Beach Resort property. Play a round of golf at nearby Carambola Golf Course, a Trent Jones designed 18-hole course. Visit Cane Bay and dive The Wall, or hike up up the trail overlooking Cane Bay. Do some shopping, try local watersports, or take a guided tour out of Frederiksted. All this an more awaits you!

Flamboyant Ocean Front Lounge
Located poolside overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Flamboyant Restaurant offers a more casual dining experience. Open daily for lunch, dinner and cocktails from 11:00am - 10:00pm.
Saman Restaurant
For breakfast, Saman offers a made-to-order omelet station, hot food buffet, as well as all your breakfast favorites. Open daily for breakfast from 7:00am - 10:30am.
Saman at Night
Savor terrific Continental fare with Caribbean flare at Saman at Night, our signature restaurant. We feature ocean-view terrace fine dining, as well as an inviting indoor area. Open for dinner Thursday-Monday from 5:30pm - 9:30pm. Reservations are highly recommended through OpenTable.
