November is an activity-filled month on St. Croix! With temperatures cooling down slightly so the highs are in the mid-80’s, the year’s biggest holiday season kicks off and the athletes come out for several different events like the Coral Reef Swim Race.
After you enjoy Thanksgiving, soak up some local culture and start your holiday shopping at the Christmas Jump Up (St. Croix’s Black Friday in Christiansted) or Starving Artist Day. Looking for something a little more active?
The St. Croix International Regatta, the Golden Hook Fishing Tournament, and the Queen Louise Golf Tournament also happen this month. For the athletes and running enthusiasts out there, November brings the Veteran’s 5K run, the Caribbean Classic Triathlon, the Fort to Fort Relay, the Manchester 5M Race and the always popular Mermaid Mixer. So, there is something for the whole family!
You can also continue to enjoy a few of the recurring monthly events such as Art Thursday, Rhythms at Sunset in Frederiksted, and Jazz in the Park or Movies at the Fort in Christiansted.Â
