Cell Phones and WiFi

Access to the ‘real world’ is available via cell phones and wifi hotspots on St. Croix in many hotels, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and businesses. Most cell phone calling plans will work here during your visit, and we do have AT&T and as our major cell phone service providers. If you are a Verizon customer, you may find that your signal and service are limited on the island. Consider checking with your cell service provider before traveling to ensure your network coverage, and what additional charges you will incur. Easy wifi internet access has become more common as many restaurants and hotels have installed networks for their customers. So, bring your smart phone, tablet, or laptop, and find a spot to get your work done. Then, turn on the auto-reply and unplug so you can enjoy your time on St. Croix.
