Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair Access
GoToStCroix.com is compiling an unofficial list of wheelchair and ADA accessible accommodations, restaurants, beaches, pools, attractions and more. While St. Croix’s buildings date back to the 1800s, they have since been turned into shops, cafes, restaurants and offices. Because of the historic buildings structures, the steps, entrances, courtyards and surrounding sidewalks may be uneven. This list is a work in progress, but this page will continue to grow as more businesses address the needs of travelers with physical disabilities. Please check back for updates. Thank you to Michael Rodenhaver, a part-time resident of St. Croix since 1987, for helping us put together this valuable information. Michael’s advice for travelers with special needs: ‘Adapt, Adjust, Overcome and Enjoy!’
