There are a variety of markets and grocery stores on St. Croix to meet all of your food shopping needs. Whether you have just moved here or are visiting and just forgot to bring your toothbrush, we have you covered. St. Croix’s grocery stores are well equipped with fresh produce, dairy products, a large selection of meat, poultry and fish, pantry items as well as day to day toiletries. You will even find locally sourced fruit and veggies, honey, jams, and organic specialty items. Some St. Croix grocery stores have delis where you can order fresh salads, sandwiches and fresh baked bread. Expect grocery prices to be about 30% higher than you may be used to since everything that isn’t grown on St. Croix must be shipped here. So, be prepared for a little sticker shock unless you live in a remote place too.
