Umami Sushi STX offers the freshest sushi on St. Croix. Conveniently located at 5 Corners in La Grande Princesse, Umami focuses on sourcing the freshest possible ingredients daily, including locally caught fish and farm fresh produce. Umami offers your favorite sushi rolls, as well as sashimi, nigiri, poke bowls, and appetizers. Ask about our lunch combo special! The bar at Umami serves beer, wine and sake – stop by for happy hour or 2-for-1 Tuesdays. Order your sushi to go, or grab a beverage and enjoy your sushi at the bar or on the patio. Umami Sushi STX is open Tuesday thru Friday from 11:30pm-7pm, and Saturday from 3pm-7pm. Order online or call for quick pick up. Sushi platters and catering are also available.

Omakase Saturdays : Let Chef Ashley prepare an off-menu combination of rolls, sashimi, nigiri and more. (Regular menu also available.)

2-for-1 Tuesdays : From 3:30pm-6om on Tuesdays get two for the price of one on all beer, wine and sake by the glass/carafe.
Chef Ashley taught herself how to roll sushi over 20 years ago. What started out as sushi pop-ups, sushi catering, and a former award winning sushi restaurant has evolved into Umami Sushi STX!

Sushi Rolling Classes
The talented Umami Sushi Chefs invite you to learn how to roll sushi! Join in the fun on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 12pm. Classes are $100 per person and include a sake tasting, rolling mat, lesson and, of course, sushi. Limited spots available, so call Umami at (340) 718-2100 to reserve your space.
