As the first distillery in the U.S. Virgin Islands located on a working farm, we’re rooted in the island’s rich agricultural past while crafting something distinctly fresh and forward-looking.
Once part of a former sugar estate, our grounds now hum with new life — growing ingredients, producing small-batch spirits, and creating a vibrant community space for locals and visitors alike. The Only Farm-to-Bottle Tour in the USVI
Ready to sip where it’s made? Our Farm-to-Bottle Tasting Tour takes you behind the scenes of St. Croix’s first working farm distillery, where island-grown ingredients, local know-how, and bold Caribbean spirit come together in every bottle.
Wander the property, meet the makers, and learn how we turn raw cane, tropical fruit, and other locally sourced ingredients into flavorful small-batch spirits. This isn’t just a tasting — it’s a full-sensory experience in one of the island’s most scenic and soulful spots.
The tour is a 50 minute walking tour and guided tasting. It includes a flight of all six handcrafted spirits and a premium cocktail.

Spirits from Farm-Grown Cane
Spirits made from fresh cane juice share much in common with wine. Like grapes, the cane is freshly crushed and fermented close to the farm rather than in a factory. This centuries-old method stems from a simple reality: unlike molasses, which can be stored for months, fresh cane juice must be used within hours of extraction.
These artisanal spirits are typically found only in the French Caribbean, where cultivation and production are carefully regulated—much like the standards behind fine French wines.
The result is a spirit rich in flavor, shaped by the unique characteristics of its growing region—its terroir. Each batch reflects the local soil and environment, making every spirit distinct.
The French call this style rhum agricole. We prefer to call it farm spirits.

The Farmhouse Bar
Open Thursday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Farmhouse Bar is where you’ll find signature cocktails, seasonal infusions, and unbeatable views. It’s the perfect spot to wind down, or turn up, as the sun sets over the west end.
