Helping Those In Need, 24/7/365 The Women’s Coalition of St. Croix’s mission is to provide advocacy, programs and services to end all forms of violence and oppression by promoting equality for all. WCSC operates a crisis center, an emergency shelter for battered women and their children, a transitional housing program for survivors and their children, a children’s center for education programs and a community-supported thrift store. We are a multicultural, grassroots organization providing care and advocacy for crime victims and survivors. Our 24-hour crisis intervention services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
