Feather Leaf Inn
Built in 1760 as one of the largest sugar plantations on St. Croix, this oceanfront estate has undergone years of restoration and become the Feather Leaf Inn. Historic Danish bricks, cut coral, stone walls and open-air shutters provide comfortable accommodations spread across 19 acres. Every room has an ocean view and private bathroom, and period furnishings and modern amenities make for a comfortable stay here where the rainforest meets the Caribbean Sea. Tour the baobab trees, rum factory ruins, and old lime kiln and learn some of the stories of oppression and emancipation. We are opening a new chapter in the history of this estate as we work to foster environmental stewardship, food security, health, and social justice.
