From tee shirts and hats, to stickers and ornaments, this exclusive line includes the word 'Home' over the outline of the St. Croix island map. Available in a wide range of color and sizes, there's something for everyone in the 'Home' collection! The Home collection sources their incredibly soft shirts from trusted partners who respect the dignity and humanity of the workers who sew them, as well as protect the planet we all share. They also print the vast majority of our shirts one at a time, by hand, and pay team members a living wage.
Island Contessa
From the Gecko is the flagship store of lifestyle brand Island Contessa. Founded in 2014 by Lori Hirons, the chic resort wear, available here and at other fine boutiques, is meant to reflect the Island way of living that she has come to embrace on her home island of St. Croix. When Lori started Island Contessa, she wanted to create a business that makes women feel good AND look good at the same time. To that end, she contributes a portion of her profits to domestic violence shelters. Island Contessa offers sophisticated pieces with a casual twist, all constructed with natural fibers, and all made in the USA. It’s a label that our apparel wears proudly, as American-made products help provide jobs and contribute to a more stable future for the entire country.
Aryeh
Featuring uniquely designed dresses, blouses, skirts, and more, with vibrant watercolor patterns and fine detailing. Made with UPF50 and cooling fabric, these pieces keep you stylish and comfortable all day long. Aryeh began as a family-owned dress shop, until son, Ben Aryeh, started to design the dresses. The company began to become known for their vibrant artwork and comfortable fabric. Today, the company remains family-owned, and the brand is recognized for it's "Aryeh" prints, with influences from Ben's bicoastal upbringing between the Mediterranean and the Pacific.

For the last 26 years, Salaam Clothing has continued to be based in Vermont as a women owned and run company, and they cut and sew in Manhattan.

We use environmentally friendly water-based inks to print our shirts. We print the vast majority of our shirts one at a time, by hand, and we pay all our team members a living wage. We hold ourselves accountable to higher standards of sourcing and production that protect our neighbors, our planet and the generations that will come after us so all people can enjoy that feeling of home.
Even loved by the kids! This place was a hit with my daughter and wife! When we were coming into the store, we were graded by a very friendly store, owner, who had an awesome selection of dresses, and ladies wear. Completely in style and ultra modern. Now I am not a fashion reviewer or anyone who knows anything about style, but I can tell you when my wife and daughter loved this store it clearly is a place to visit!
