Plus, we have two other convenient locations: in Christiansted near the Seaplane terminal, and in Frederiksted across from the Pier for cruise passengers. At Budget you'll find a friendly, caring staff and the newest models of cars, SUVs and vans.
Budget Car Rental is a St. Croix owned business, so you are assured of personal attention and quality service. Budget has been an independent franchisee on St. Croix since 1977. Budget's three rental counters are conveniently located across the island, and you will be assisted by our friendly and helpful staff.

Plus, we have two other convenient locations: in Christiansted near the Seaplane terminal, and in Frederiksted across from the Pier for cruise passengers. Budget will also deliver your car vehicle to your hotel.
RENTAL INFORMATION
Renter must have valid driver's license and major credit card, and be between the ages of 25-79. See surcharge for renting drivers aged 23 and 24 (excludes military). Budget accepts Debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo, Insurance and prepaid gas is mandatory with Debit Cards (Corporate debit cards with Visa logo are exempt). Minimum hold on Debit cards $650 to $1,000.
Since USVI insurance laws differ from other states or countries, when using a DEBIT CARD for your rental, please present proof of current auto insurance by email or fax in advance of rental, or at time of rental pick up.
Vehicle make is as shown or an equivalent. All major credit cards accepted.
Internet bookings must be 48 hours in advance of rental. From December through April vehicles must be reserved 5 days in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: Must cancel 48 hours in advance or 1 day will be charged to credit card.
AIRPORT & CHRISTIANSTED: 48 hours in advance on all cars; 72 hours in advance on SUV'S, JEEPS and VANS or 1 day will be charged to credit card.
NO SHOW POLICY: A reservation will be considered a NO SHOW 2 hours after booked arrival time unless customer calls or emails that arrival time has changed, and the above cancellation fees will apply.
