Dr. Buska has been a dentist for 36 years, practicing in the Navy for four years and as a Reservist for 32 years. He had a private practice in San Diego for 19 years and on St. Croix since 2007. Dr. Buska was born in Racine, Wisconsin and went to college at the University of Wisconsin, Park Side and Dental School at Marquette University. Dr. Buska is an avid tennis player, and enjoys sailing and being on the water.
