Getting to St. Croix is easier than ever with national and regional airlines increasing flights (and even decreasing fares!) to St. Croix. Look for service on U.S. Airways, American Airlines, and JetBlue. Flight numbers and times for some of the major airlines that fly directly into St. Croix or connect through Puerto Rico or St. Thomas may change during our off-season months.Great news: The U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico are exempt from the passport regulation that went into effect in 2007. The U.S. Department of Justice has confirmed that traveling with a US Passport is not a requirement for American citizens when coming to St. Croix. If you don’t have a passport, travel with a valid photo ID and an original copy of your birth certificate (with a raised seal) for travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please call U.S. Customs at 340-773-1490 if you have any questions. If you are traveling from another country (not a U.S. Citizen) a valid passport from your country of origin is required. We ALWAYS recommend you travel with a passport. The British Virgin Islands (BVI’s) are just a short plane ride away and you can not enter with out a passport!
