The mission of the St. Croix Hiking Association is to educate and to help preserve the cultural and environmental history and geography of the Virgin Islands and other islands, specifically bringing attention to the importance of natural resources to the heath and well-being of our community. Founded in 1998, knowledgeable and passionate citizens have been hosting guided tours of little-known trails and sections of our island for anyone interested in getting to know this magical place on a deeper level. Hike information is posted a week before they are scheduled to take place and can be found on the Association website. Hiking and nature enthusiasts can become members to join any hike for free, while anyone else is able to join for a small fee.
